Footmaster: Designing an Integrated Digital Hub for the Football Ecosystem
I spearheaded a Product design project for Footmaster, a startup focused on creating a unified digital platform for the football community. Through meticulous research, stakeholder workshops, and user-centric design, our multidisciplinary team delivered a mobile application that exceeded client expectations and set a new standard in the digital football ecosystem.
Medical Examiners
In light of the unsettling revelations following the Harold Frederick Shipman incidents, the process for death certification underwent a rigorous reform. The rollout of the Medical Examiner programme demanded enhanced safeguarding and meticulous scrutiny. To execute this monumental shift, the Department for Health and Social Care initiated a significant digital overhaul, trading archaic manual processes for an innovative end-to-end digital service.

In an era where mental health is rightly gaining precedence, the digital tools One You & Every Mind Matters stand at the forefront, assisting individuals in navigating their physical and psychological well-being. Public Health England & NHS, recognising the need for an advanced, adaptable platform, entrusted the project to our digital agency.
BI/MI (Business Intelligence/Management Information) Mobile Reports
I undertook a concise project for Smith's Group plc, a renowned British multinational engineering enterprise headquartered in London. With a diversified business presence spanning over 50 countries and employing 14,600 professionals, Smith's Group is a testament to global engineering excellence. Within this project's scope, I was privileged to design a performance reporting dashboard tailored exclusively for their executive team.
AIW: Transforming BP's Site Execution Efficiency
BP introduced the Activity Integration Workbench (AIW) to elevate on-site operations. By integrating data from SAP, Primavera, and eCoW, AIW optimised how staff prepared and managed activity schedules, offering a unified view for superior work execution and performance management.
Strategic UX Overhaul for Mini's Digital Presence
In my collaboration with Mini, the primary objective was strategically refining the website's user experience. The redesign enhanced specific UX elements, ensuring the campaign spaces retained prominence. The aspiration was to elevate the platform's quality to either match or surpass that of industry competitors.
